利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及x射线能谱仪(EDX)对金刚石聚结体的显微结构和成分进行了分析,包括:(1)金刚石的晶形、密堆积和粒度配比;(2)粘结剂的种类、分布、渗透和对金刚石的包覆情况;(3)硬质合金基座和聚晶层之间的结合情况;(4)聚结体内部裂纹和含杂质情况分析。说明这一方法是非常必要的,它是聚结体合成前用料监测、合成后质量评估和性能检测中不可缺少的工作。
The microstructure and composition of the diamond agglomerates were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer (EDX), including: (1) diamond crystal shape, close packing and particle size distribution; (2) The type of binder, distribution, penetration and the diamond coating; (3) the bonding between the cemented carbide base and the polycrystalline layer; and (4) the analysis of internal cracks and impurities in the agglomerate. It is necessary to illustrate this method. It is an indispensable task in the monitoring of the aggregate before synthesis, the quality evaluation after synthesis and the performance testing.
