进行性肌营养不良症是一种肌肉组织变性疾病,可以累及心肌。其心电图改变有时酷似心肌梗塞。两所医院各发现1例,现综合报告如下。 例1 男,40岁。10多年前在湖南医学院附一院经肌电图及肌活检诊断为进行性肌营养不良症,近4年来有心前区阵发性疼痛,近半年加剧。无家族史。查体:体温36.6℃,脉率48次,呼吸20次,血压100/70。消瘦,鸭步。心尖搏动在左第6肋间锁中线外2cm,呈抬举性;心界向左右扩大,心率4次,偶有早搏2～3次/分;心前区可闻舒张期奔马律,无杂音。肺无啰音。肝脾不大。翼状肩胛,双上肢三角肌明显萎缩,肌力4级,肱二、三头肌腱
