应用双色荧光原位杂交 (FISH)技术和常规法对 4例192 Ir源事故受照者照后 8个月外周血淋巴细胞的染色体易位及非稳定性畸变进行检测并根据易位率估算其受照剂量。结果表明 ,照后 8个月 ,用FISH方法估算的生物剂量与物理剂量基本一致 ,非稳定性畸变 ,包括双十环、无着丝粒断片及总畸变率分别为 0 13 % ,0 40 % ,0 5 3 % ,均显著低于照后立即检测的结果。结果提示 ,应用FISH方法检测易位可用于早先受照者的剂量估算或重建
Chromosomal translocations and non-stable aberrations of peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected by two-color fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and routine methods at 8 months after exposure to 192 Ir source accident and their translocation rates were estimated Shoot dose. The results showed that the biological dosimeters estimated by FISH method were basically the same as the physical dosimeters at 8 months after irradiation. The non-steady-state aberrations, including the double ring, centromeric fragments and total aberrations were 0 13% and 0 40% , 0 5 3% respectively, which were significantly lower than the results immediately after the irradiation. The results suggest that using FISH to detect translocations may be used to dose estimates or reconstructions of previously irradiated subjects
