目的:探讨2010年-2014年期间我院抗高血压药物的应用特点。方法:选取我院2010年1月-2014年12月期间本院门诊抗高血压药物处方,对其中抗高血压药物的药物使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果:2010年-2014年本院抗高血压药物的销售金额呈现逐渐上升趋势,其中CCB类、ACEI类药物一直占据本院抗高血压药物销售的前2位。结论:我院抗高血压药物药物种类齐全,以CCB、ACEI类药物为最常用抗高血压药物,其发展趋势合理。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from 2010 to 2014. Methods: The prescription of antihypertensives in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 was selected, and the drug use of antihypertensive drugs was retrospectively analyzed. Results: The sales volume of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital showed a gradual upward trend from 2010 to 2014. Among them, the CCB and ACEIs accounted for the top 2 antihypertensive drugs sold in our hospital. Conclusion: There are various types of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital. CCB and ACEI drugs are the most commonly used antihypertensive drugs, and their development trend is reasonable.
