论述了煤巷近距离红外测温技术的机理和影响因素,建立了巷道松散煤体三维非稳态有内热源(自燃火源)热传导方程式。然后根据煤巷近距离(<10 m)煤体蓄热升温时根据巷道表面辐射能量场变化的异常信息,建立巷道表面辐射能量场与高温点的对应关系,确定煤巷内高温点的位置。以北皂煤矿H2106运输巷的红外探测数据为例,对56#测点附近红外辐射量发生变化的原因进行了分析。
The mechanism and influencing factors of close-range infrared temperature measurement in coal roadway are discussed. A three-dimensional unsteady internal heat source (spontaneous combustion source) heat conduction equation of loose coal in roadway is established. Then, according to the abnormal information of radiant energy field changes during the close-up (<10 m) coal seam thermal storage, the corresponding relation between the radiant energy field and the high temperature point is established to determine the location of the high temperature point in the coal lane. Taking the infrared detection data of H2106 transport lane in Beizao coal mine as an example, the reason of the change of infrared radiation near 56 # measuring point was analyzed.
