四年前,我担任了刊授党校的班主任工作,从此踏上了这块绿茵茵的芳草地,重新体验那久违了多年的校园生活。刊授党校以她独特的办学形式和灵活的教学方法,不仅吸引了众多学子们,也深深地吸引了我。当我第一次向学员们问好,第一次与学员们倾心交谈,第一次感受到学员们信任的目光,第一次体会师生之间至真至纯的情谊,我非常激动,暗下决心一定要当好班主任。刊授党校被称为没有围墙的大学,它的特点是要求学员发挥自身的自觉性和主动性。同时也要求管理人员必须采取适应这种特点的方法和措施,才能保证教学质量,实现办学宗旨。根据几年来我担任班主任的一些经验,我感到,当好班主任应做好以下几项工作:
