近年来,为落实中央提出的“大规模培训干部,大幅度提高干部素质”的战略部署,高职院校党委采取积极措施,全面加强干部的教育培训工作,在培训干部的数量、质量上,都取得了较好成绩,干部队伍素质明显有了提高。如何建立科学的干部教育培训体系,适应高职院校和和谐社会改革发展的需要,是高职院校党组织面临的重要课题。
