离子交换法近年来各方面应用颇广。实验室中将它作为分析工具,工业上处理用水,发酵工业中提净链霉素等。本文就离子交换法在实验室中所涉及的操作技术加以讨论,并不限于分析,其他小型的工业试验都是可以进行的。先谈装置与设备。最基本的东西是离子交换性树脂。一般都采用人工合成树脂,但由于本文并不涉及如何人工综合交换性树脂,故请参阅其他有关书籍文献或各国专利材料。其次是如何配制一离子交换柱。实验室分析用最普遍的是下列三种,见图
