转轮好比水轮机的心脏,其质量好坏对机组的运行影响很大。黑麋峰电站300MW级大容量水轮机转轮的自主生产填补了我国水电制造行业的空白,提高了整个行业的生产技术水平。为了科学地保障其制造质量,本文从分析转轮的结构特点入手,结合其焊接工艺,提出了制造中焊缝质量的控制方法,并在实践中不断地进行验证,使之成为一个较为合理的应用范例。
Rotor is like the heart of a turbine, its quality is good or bad on the operation of the unit a great influence. The independent production of 300MW large-capacity turbine of Black Elk Power Station fills the gap of China’s hydropower manufacturing industry and improves the production technology of the whole industry. In order to scientifically guarantee its manufacturing quality, starting with the analysis of the structural characteristics of the runner, this paper puts forward the control method of weld quality in manufacturing, combined with its welding process, and verifies it constantly in practice, making it a more reasonable Application examples.
