集团资金的集中管理是企业发展必须构建的管理模式,因为其优势明显,符合经济发展规律和相关法规,并可以有效促进集团企业的持续发展。本文从现状出发,分析了管理的内容、集中管理模式,认为集中管理策略应符合适应企业、辅助管理、促进发展的原则。
The centralized management of group funds is the management model that must be constructed for the development of an enterprise. Because of its obvious advantages, it is in conformity with the laws of economic development and relevant laws and regulations, and can effectively promote the sustainable development of the group enterprises. Based on the current situation, this article analyzes the contents of management and the mode of centralized management, and thinks that the strategy of centralized management should accord with the principle of adapting to enterprises, supporting management and promoting development.
