本课题基于转变发展方式和统筹城乡发展的宏观视野,在深入分析峨眉山市发展现状及问题基础上,立足于特殊的区情,提出了以文旅产业导向和科技支撑统筹峨眉山市城乡发展的新构想,分析概括了“文旅导向、科技支撑”的思路、原则,统筹城乡发展的观念体系、动力机制与保障体系等具体举措,为旅游资源富集区域统筹城乡发展提供了新的切入视角和实践路径。
