目的:研究微波法提取元宝枫叶中多酚的工艺条件。方法:以乙醇作为提取溶剂,主要探讨了溶剂浓度、微波温度、提取时间、料液比、物料颗粒和辐射前常温浸泡时间等因素对多酚提取的影响,并与传统提取法比较。结果:微波法从元宝枫叶中提取多酚的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度90%、物料颗粒120目、料液比1∶15、微波温度160℃、提取时间5 min、辐射前常温浸泡时间10 min,此条件下元宝枫叶中多酚的提取得率可达93.08mg/g。结论:微波萃取法明显优于磁力搅拌提取法和超声波提取法。
Objective: To study the extraction conditions of polyphenols from the indica maple leaf by microwave method. Methods: Using ethanol as an extraction solvent, the effects of solvent concentration, microwave temperature, extraction time, material-to-liquid ratio, material particles and soaking time at room temperature before irradiation on the extraction of polyphenols were investigated, and compared with traditional extraction methods. RESULTS: The optimum conditions for the extraction of polyphenols from the indica maple leaves by microwave method were as follows: ethanol concentration 90%, material particle 120 mesh, solid-liquid ratio 1:15, microwave temperature 160°C, extraction time 5 min, and soaking time before radiation 10 In this condition, the extraction rate of polyphenols in the leaves of Yuanbao Maple reached 93.08 mg/g. Conclusion: Microwave extraction method is superior to magnetic stirring extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method.
