油气管道项目建设过程中,项目后评价工作是投资管理当中十分重要的一个环节。通过有效的后评价,能够对油气管道实际运营及可研、初设进行比较,从而发现实际运营与可研、初设的偏离度以及实施过程中存在的问题,便于结合相关问题、偏差进行改进。基于此,本文对油气管道建设项目后评价进行了综合性分析,并提出了相关观点,以供参考。
During the construction of the oil and gas pipeline project, post-project evaluation is a very important link in investment management. Through effective post-evaluation, the actual operation of oil and gas pipelines and feasibility study and preliminary design can be compared to find out the deviation between actual operation and feasibility study and initial design, as well as the problems existing in the implementation process, so as to improve the combination of relevant problems and deviations . Based on this, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of post evaluation of oil and gas pipeline construction projects, and puts forward relevant views for reference.
