政治权力社会化就其本质而言是一种政治权力主体与客体相互作用的关系和过程,也是社会发展过程中的一种必然趋势。互联网的应用有利于改变政治权力的分配方式,有利于提高政治权力客体参政的能力与效率,有利于加大对政治权力主体的监督力度。但是互联网的应用也存在一些消极影响,真伪难辨的信息及煽动性的言论可能激化政治权力主客体之间的矛盾,此外,互联网技术条件本身的局限性导致利用网络参政的人群受限。
The socialization of political power by its very nature is a kind of relationship and process between the subject and the object of political power.
