文章通过对比当前几大电子商务网站现有的信用评价指标体系,提出个人信用评价指标草案,采用李克特量表设计调研问卷,获取各指标的认同情况。对回收的调研数据进行描述性分析和主成分分析,实证了草案,并量化了各指标对信用评价的影响,为个人信用评价指标体系的制定提供了参考,也为信用信息共享关键技术标准的实证研究提供了个案分析和总体研究的方向性指导。
By comparing the current credit evaluation index system of several major e-commerce websites, the paper proposes a draft personal credit evaluation index, uses Richter scale design questionnaire to obtain the approval status of each index. Descriptive analysis and principal component analysis of the collected survey data validated the draft and quantified the impact of each indicator on credit rating, which provided a reference for the formulation of personal credit evaluation index system, and also provided a reference for the key technical standards of credit information sharing Empirical studies provide direction guidance for case studies and overall research.
