助状素(DMPC,Pix)对棉花整枝及其增产作用的初步研究

本文对助壮素整枝增产的原因进行了初步分析,其原因可归纳为三个方面。(一)光合作用增强(1)叶面积增大,功能叶四叶比对照宽1—1.5cm,叶色加深(+0.6-1.0级),(2)叶绿素含量增加(+0.11-0.25mg/克、鲜重)。(3)经~(32)P测定,中、下部果枝放射性强度显著高于对照(+1022.67-2461.83脉冲数/分/100mg干重)。(二)调节营养分配,花器官比较发达喷药后半个月内花中可溶性糖比对照高0.154—0.21%,处理棉株的花比对照大,雄蕊的花丝特别发达,包住柱头,有利于授粉结桃。(三)控制营养生长,使光合产物的分配有利于生殖生长,促使早座桃(伏桃比对照多0.38—3.58个/株)多座桃(三桃总数比对照多0.38—0.71个/株),增桃重(单钤重增0.056—0.987克/斤,平均增0.3315克/斤)所以绝大多数处理都增产,增产幅度1.7—23.3%,少数处理因浓度偏高而减产。(四)利用顶端优势,控制侧芽生长,所以不需人工整枝,节省劳力(每亩节省3—5个人工)。本文从喷药时间,浓度和喷药后的田间管理等三个方面对如何使用好助壮素,进行了初步总结和讨论。 This paper conducted a preliminary analysis of the reasons for the increased production of mepiquat pruning, which can be summarized into three aspects.
