以健康和不同级别死皮(TPD)橡胶树为材料,用Westernblot分析橡胶树TPD发生过程中胶乳蛋白质泛素化水平的动态变化,结果表明,健康与TPD橡胶树胶乳蛋白质的泛素化水平存在显著差异,其中2个蛋白的泛素化水平在TPD中显著升高,而7个蛋白的泛素化水平在TPD中明显降低。这些蛋白可能在TPD发生过程中发挥重要调控作用。本文结果为进一步研究泛素化在橡胶树TPD发生过程中的作用提供依据,同时也为揭示TPD发生的分子机制提供新的思路和观点。
The dynamic changes of latex protein ubiquitination level in TPD rubber tree were analyzed by Western blotting with healthy and different levels of dead skin rubber (TPD) rubber tree. The results showed that there was significant difference between the health and TPD rubber latex protein ubiquitination level, The ubiquitination level of two proteins increased significantly in TPD, while the ubiquitination level of seven proteins decreased significantly in TPD. These proteins may play an important regulatory role in the pathogenesis of TPD. Our results provide a basis for further study on the role of ubiquitination in the occurrence of TPD in rubber trees and provide new ideas and perspectives for revealing the molecular mechanism of TPD.
