媒体要有公共性,这是一个显而易见的问题。没有公共性,如何成为媒体?思考儿童媒体的公共性,要回答几个问题。一、谁是儿童媒体儿童媒体有一项重要的特征,就是要记录、传播和引导儿童的声音,鼓励儿童参与话题讨论、发表见解,形成儿童独特的舆论场,进而认识自己、了解时代、体验外面的大世界。儿童媒体要与当下的社会与现实契合,《中国少年报》《中国儿童报》及未来网等就属于儿童媒体,而专门登文学作品的儿童刊物,介绍科学知识的科普刊物,供游戏或学习的儿童网站等,都不是儿童媒体。
