为了实现对铁磁材料表面缺陷的检测,利用有限元软件进行仿真,研究了感应电流随缺陷深度、宽度和角度变化的规律。仿真结果表明,感应电流随着表面缺陷深度的增加而减少,随着宽度的变大而减少,随夹角的增加而增大,对后续的试验研究具有指导意义。
In order to detect the surface defects of ferromagnetic materials, the finite element software was used to simulate the variation of induced current with the depth, width and angle of defects. The simulation results show that the induced current decreases with the increase of the depth of the surface defects, decreases with the increase of the width, and increases with the increase of the angle, which is instructive for the subsequent experimental research.
