晚近研究证明乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)基因Pre-S区所编码的Pre-S蛋白上有多聚白蛋白受体(PHSA-R),本文对PHSA-R活力与HBV-DNA、DNA聚合酶(DNAP)、HBeAg的关系作了初步探讨,以阐明PHSA-R与HBV感染和复制间的密切关系,进一步明确PHSA-R检测在HBV感染临床研究工作中的实用性。
Recent studies have shown that the Pre-S protein encoded by the Pre-S region of hepatitis B virus (HBV) gene has a poly-albumin receptor (PHSA-R). In this paper, the effect of PHSA-R activity on the activity of HBV DNA, DNA polymerase (DNAP) and HBeAg in order to clarify the close relationship between PHSA-R and HBV infection and replication and further confirm the practicability of PHSA-R in the clinical research of HBV infection.
