通过多中心协作研究，观察了国产曲马多片剂对１０４例疼痛病人的镇痛效果，其中癌症疼痛６５例，手术后疼痛３９例。和进口曲马多胶囊的镇痛效果（８６．６％）比较，国产曲马多片剂的镇痛有效率为９０．４％，副作用轻微，病人均能很好耐受
Through multicentre collaborative research, we observed the analgesic effects of domestic tramadol tablets on 104 patients with pain, including 65 cases of cancer pain and 39 cases of postoperative pain. Compared with the analgesic effect of imported tramadol capsules (86.6%), the domestic analgesic effective rate of tramadol tablets was 90.4% with slight side effects and the patients were well tolerated
