目的:观察点腺过路黄正丁醇提取部分体外对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及脾淋巴细胞释放IL-2的影响。方法:用极性递增的溶剂顺次萃取出全草成分,研究其中的正丁醇提取部分对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及脾淋巴细胞释放IL-2的影响。结果:正丁醇提取部分(10-10~10-6g/ml)对脾淋巴细胞释放IL-2具有双向调节作用,并增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结论:点腺过路黄可能具有免疫调节功能,对一些炎症的病理过程和自身免疫性疾病的治疗具有潜在的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of spot-glandular extract of n-butanol on the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages and IL-2 release from splenic lymphocytes. METHODS: The whole plant components were extracted sequentially with increasingly polar solvents. The effects of n-butanol extraction on the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages and IL-2 release from splenic lymphocytes were studied. Results: The fraction of n-butanol extract (10-10~10-6g/ml) had biphasic regulation on IL-2 release from splenic lymphocytes and enhanced phagocytosis of macrophages. Conclusion: The passage of G. cerevisiae may have immunoregulatory function, which has potential application prospects in the treatment of some inflammatory pathological processes and autoimmune diseases.
