基于石墨烯压力传感器的能带理论研究

石墨烯作为力敏膜片已被广泛应用于压力传感器中,但石墨烯压力传感器理论模型尚未完善,极大地制约了石墨烯压力传感器的设计及制作。石墨烯压力传感器压阻效应是外部压力引起石墨烯电阻变化的现象,外界压力作用于石墨烯压力传感器时,石墨烯产生应变从而使石墨烯能带结构发生改变,产生带隙,影响费米能级以及费米速度。利用密度泛函理论及第一性原理仿真软件分析得到费米能级及跳跃速度随应变的增加而减小,且带隙是石墨烯电阻发生改变的直接影响因素,比较扶手椅型方向与锯齿型方向石墨烯带隙变化情况,得出沿不同拉伸方向石墨烯带隙变化情况近似
