目的:研究疼痛在神经外科患者的临床护理要点。方法:回顾性分析2012年10月-2014年5月我院神经外科收治的64例术后疼痛患者的临床资料,总结疼痛护理方法。结果:64例术后疼痛患者经过及时有效的镇痛治疗和针对性护理之后,疼痛症状得到有效缓解,未见任何并发症情况,整体护理效果满意,现全部治愈出院。结论:对神经外科疼痛患者采用镇痛药物联合针对性护理干预,可有效缓解患者疼痛,降低并发症发生率,促进病情恢复,改善患者生活质量,具有积极的临床使用和推广价值。
Objective: To study the clinical nursing points of pain in neurosurgical patients. Methods: The clinical data of 64 patients with postoperative pain admitted from Department of Neurosurgery in our hospital from October 2012 to May 2014 were analyzed retrospectively to summarize the methods of pain management. Results: After the timely and effective analgesic treatment and targeted nursing of 64 patients with postoperative pain, the pain symptoms were effectively relieved. No complications were found and the overall nursing effect was satisfactory. All patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion: The analgesic drugs combined with targeted nursing intervention for patients with neurosurgical pain can effectively relieve pain, reduce the incidence of complications, promote the recovery of patients and improve the quality of life of patients with positive clinical use and promotion value.
