济南电视台制作部设有两个音频合成机房、一个录音机房，承担了全台５个频道的声音制作。全台的音乐资料大部分存放在１号音频合成机房ＪＶＣＤＭ－Ａ３００Ｃ ＣＤ唱片自动播放系统的 ＪＶＣ机柜中，２号音频合成机房几乎没有音乐资料，基本上无法进行音乐合成，影响了节目制
