本试验结果表明,在氮、磷肥施用量较高,氮代谢比较旺盛的茶园中,使用稀土能明显提高红茶品质,主要原因是多酚类含量的增加,使红茶的色、香、味和叶底均得以改善。稀土似乎是通过强化碳代谢达到以上目的。对氮代谢似有一定的消极作用。稀土配用钾素可以缓解稀土对氮的抑制,提高持嫩度,更有利于红茶品质。
The results showed that the use of rare earth can significantly improve the quality of black tea in tea plantations with high nitrogen and phosphorus application rates and strong nitrogen metabolism, mainly due to the increase of polyphenols content, which makes the color, fragrance, taste and leaf of black tea Bottom can be improved. Rare earth seems to achieve the above goal by strengthening carbon metabolism. Nitrogen metabolism may have some negative effects.
