用十二种拟除虫菊酯浸泡蚊帐防制蚊虫杀虫活性及抗洗涤能力的初步研究

本文对十二种拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂浸泡聚酯蚊帐洗涤前后的杀虫特性进行了比较,并对其现场用于浸泡蚊帐的适用性进行了评价。用两种浓度的杀虫剂浸泡,浓涤前后用冈比亚按蚊(Sensu Stricto)和埃及伊蚊接触30秒和3分钟进行生物测试。24小时后记录死亡率。在温度97℃,pH3.4的条件下用二氯苯醚菊酯浸泡聚酯纤维可增加其药物吸收量.大多数药物若蚊帐处理后不经洗涤,药效可维持12周不下降。然而,所有杀虫剂的效果却受到洗涤的影响。氯氰菊酯和入功夫(PP321)在室温与正常 pH 条件下处理以及二氯苯醚菊酯在热酸性溶液中处理,可使得处理后的蚊帐经洗涤仍然保持较好的杀虫活性。 In this paper, the insecticidal properties of twelve kinds of pyrethroid insecticide-impregnated mosquito nets before and after washing were compared, and the applicability of the mosquito net soaked in the field was evaluated. Biological tests were performed with two concentrations of insecticide, Sensu Stricto and Aedes aegypti for 30 seconds and 3 minutes before and after decontamination. Mortality was recorded after 24 hours. The impregnation of polyester fibers with permethrin at a temperature of 97 ° C and a pH of 3.4 increased the absorption of the drug, and most of the medications did not show any decline after 12 weeks of treatment without washing. However, the effect of all pesticides is affected by washing. Treatment with cypermethrin and kongfu (PP321) at room temperature and normal pH, and permethrin in a hot acidic solution, resulted in better insecticidal activity of treated nets after washing.
