By the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation First Institute 14 Institute and China North Industries Group Corporation Shanxi Huifeng Machinery Co., Ltd. jointly developed the “explosive pest and launch system” on October 23, 2003 in Beijing through the Sen Anti-fire and expert identification.
