自1987年10月～1988年8月间我们对140例食管患者实行一种新的食管低张双对比检查方法(我们称之为“大口含钡一次咽下法”),共发现10例早期食管癌患者,效果满意,报告如下。材料和方法一、一般资料10例患者中,男4例,女6例,年龄32～67岁。其中7例经手术及病理证实,3例经胃镜及活检证实(均作半年以上的随访)。二、检查方法检查前服0.5%苏打水冲洗食管;肌注654
From October 1987 to August 1988, we conducted a new double-contrast examination of esophageal low-tension in 140 cases of esophageal patients (we called it “a large mouthful of phlegm once swallowing method”). A total of 10 early cases were found. Patients with esophageal cancer have satisfactory results. The report is as follows.
