[目的]探讨中西医结合治疗老年功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。[方法]将160例随机分为两组,对照组74例口服潘立酮、乳酸菌素片、奥美拉唑治疗。实验组86例在对照组治疗基础上配合四逆散合六君子汤加减治疗。经过4周治疗进行疗效判定。[结果]实验组总有效率86.05%,对照组总有效率66.22%,临床疗效实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。并且不同的中医辨证分型治疗效果也有显著的差异。[结论]中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良效果较好。
[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of senile functional dyspepsia (FD). [Methods] 160 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received oral domperidone, lactobacillus tablets and omeprazole. Experimental group of 86 patients in the control group based on the treatment with Sini San Liujunzi Decoction treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] The total effective rate was 86.05% in the experimental group and 66.22% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). And different TCM syndrome differentiation treatment effect also has the remarkable difference. [Conclusion] Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia better.
