桃红平菇是笔者在盛夏气温40℃时在枯腐杨树上采集经分离驯化而成.菌丝白色,菌盖直径5~8cm,表面呈粉红色,菌褶延生粉红色,柄短,前期生长呈凤尾状,成熟后期呈鸡冠状.味鲜肉嫩含有天然植物色素——红色素.经三年试验,现将其生物学特性及栽培技术总结如下:生物学特性桃红平菇的营养要求与一般平菇相似,最适原料为棉子壳,其次稻草、油菜壳.菌丝生长温度22~40℃,最适25~38℃;子实体生长温度23~40℃,最适28~40℃.属恒温结实型,无需温差刺激,35℃生
