二十世纪末,我国的经济快速发展,当下模式适合市场经济体制,许多中小企业快速成长起来。经过了长时间的发展,现如今新形势下,许多企业的发展受到制约,过去的企业管理模式不适合时代发展的潮流。所以现在第一步就是创新企业管理模式,有利于实现企业科学化管理。
At the end of the twentieth century, with the rapid economic development in our country, the current model suits the market economic system and many small and medium-sized enterprises have rapidly grown up. After a long period of development, nowadays, under the new situation, the development of many enterprises is restricted. The past enterprise management model is not suitable for the trend of development of the times. So now the first step is to innovate business management model is conducive to achieving scientific management of enterprises.
