三国中,皇叔刘备自诩仁义待人,有人说刘备善哭,用眼泪收买人心,没啥大本事。但其实不然,曹操青梅煮酒论英雄,“方今天下,唯使君与操耳!”在曹操眼里,刘备才是能与他等量的当世英雄。曹操是三国中一个有本事的人,这一点无人有异议,无论认为他是英雄还是奸雄。能被自傲的曹操认为与他并驾齐驱,可见刘备真的是不同凡响的人物!但刘备的过人之处,究竟所在何处?刘春雄先生指出,在三国的几大政治军事集团中,刘备的管理最符合现代管理方式,做法超前,可谓大智大勇。
