在医用气雾剂包装中,为了制造阀门和喷嘴曾广泛采用了塑料。由于拼料化学性质的不同、喷射剂的存在以及气雾剂容器中的高压,对塑料零件的稳定性均有极大影响。为此,作者曾用各种药剂对某些塑料的性能进行了研究。塑料膨胀是与介质的物理和化学亲和力的一种极重要的指标。已经证明,为了采用作为气雾剂容器零件的塑料,其重量增加至5~6%已为最大的限度;同时研究其吸着作用必须考虑到塑料型号及药剂组成这两种质的因素以及互相接触这一量的因素,最合理的研究方法就是多因素离差分析。
