It is illustrated that the cross product determination method is a simple method to judge whether a point is in a convex polygon or not. The basic algorithm and its implementation are introduced. The method of segmentation and interpolation is improved to fit any polygon and arc border area The method is simple and practical and is especially suitable for the judgment of the ultra safe pipeline of the aircraft.
