对刀是数控加工中非常重要的一项操作。笔者以FANUC-0imateTB数控车床为例,详细分析了常用的对刀方法及原理,并说明了对刀方法在精度控制方面的应用。

Knife on the CNC machining is a very important operation. Taking FANUC-0imateTB CNC lathe as an example, the author analyzes the commonly used methods and principles of tool setting, and illustrates the application of tool setting method in accuracy control.
