北方用作绿篱的常绿灌木通常是冬青和黄杨。而南方由于气候温暖,选择范围就大了,有些植物人们还不太熟悉,黄心梅就是其中一种。黄心梅,马鞭草科假连翘属热带常绿观叶灌木,是用做绿篱和造景的好树种。远远望去,和北方的黄杨差不多,但实际上却不一样。其特点是顶端5～7对心叶为黄绿色,分枝多,生长快,整体观赏,给人新鲜、暖柔的感觉。特别是繁殖容易,成本低,绿化快,病害少,耐修剪,很适宜推广。黄心梅单行种植,一年高达80厘米,直径80厘米;双行种植,半年高达50厘米,直径50厘米。种下半年就可以成为理想的绿篱了。其
