Orthogonal design described earlier, are used intuitive analysis method, only calculating the average number of each treatment, and then comprehensively compare the merits of each treatment. This calculation method is relatively simple. However, there will always be some non-human trials of any control resulting in accidental error. For example, even though the experimental fields strive to be uniform, there are differences between each plot and between the earth forces, the cultivation operations and pests and diseases. These differences are always difficult to avoid and are statistically called machine mistakes. In order to improve the accuracy of test results, the test results should be calculated using variance
