电费回收是营销工作的一个重要环节,也是电力经营成果的最终体现。电费回收工作关乎企业的正常生产经营,它是供电企业经营管理工作的重中之重,但供电企业每年都会在这一问题上遇上不少的困难,电费回收难,不仅影响了企业的再生产,也给企业的优质服务工作蒙上了阴影。虽然目前的供电企业的电费回收形式多种多样,但多样的收费方式还未能完全适应社会经济快速发展的需求,且未能有效提高收费的效率与质量。现对如何规避电费回收的风险做了论述。
