目的研究狼尾花的性状及显微鉴别特征,为鉴定、开发利用和制定其质量标准提供参考依据。方法采用性状鉴别与显微鉴别的方法。结果描述了狼尾花的性状特征,根、茎、叶的组织特征,叶的表面特征及狼尾花粉末的显微特征。结论以上特征可为狼尾花的鉴别及质量标准提的制定供可靠依据。
Objective To study the characters and microscopic identification of Garland flower, providing a reference for the identification, development and utilization and formulation of its quality standards. Methods The method of character identification and microscopic identification was used. The results described the traits of Garland, the tissue characteristics of roots, stems and leaves, the surface characteristics of leaves and the microscopic characteristics of Wolfweed powder. Conclusion The above characteristics can provide a reliable basis for the identification of Wolfweed and the formulation of quality standards.
