网约车新政的落地,标志着网约车正式纳入法治的轨道,使网约车管理有法可依、有规可循。但这并不意味着所有问题的解决,还需要决策者和管理者拿出智慧与勇气,根据网约车市场发展的状况,分析新政实施后网约车平台及网约车潜在的问题,汲取其他国家网约车管理的经验教训,明确自身定位,结合施政效果,灵活调整网约车管理政策,保障网约车有序融入现代城市交通系统。
