全国第二次衰老科学研讨会于1985年8月2日~6日在哈尔滨召开。到会代表240人,收到论文207篇,大会宣读及分组交流100余篇,现将其中部分文献综述如下; 衰老机制的研究 北京医学院生化教研室发现老龄大鼠脑细胞核内非组蛋白染色体蛋白质(NHCP)含量明显减少。从电泳图谱上发现NHCP丢失了分子量10万以上的两条蛋白带及3万以下的一条蛋白带等。认为其NHCP发生了量与质的变化,影响了基因调控作用的正常运行,因而使中枢神经系统机能明显减退。北京医科大学基础医学系研究表明,乙酰胆硷脂酶(ACHE)活性在大鼠中脑的红核和黑质明显地随年龄增长而降低,且开始于生命早期。北京中医学院报告微量元素硒有抗过氧化脂质损伤作用。实验结果提示对动物补充适量硒(量不能过大或过小)可以提高血液和组织内谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,催化过氧化脂质(LPO)分解。 老年学研究实验动物的选择
The Second National Symposium on Aging was held in Harbin on August 2 and 6, 1985. At the meeting, 240 delegates were received, 207 papers were received, and more than 100 articles were read out and divided into groups. Now some of these documents are summarized as follows: Studies on the mechanism of aging Biochemical Department of Beijing Medical College found that non-histone chromosomal protein (NHCP) content was significantly reduced. NHCP lost from the electrophoresis map of the molecular weight of 100,000 more than two protein bands and 30,000 below a protein band. It is thought that the change of quantity and quality of its NHCP has affected the normal operation of gene regulation and control and thus significantly reduced the function of central nervous system. Department of Basic Medical Sciences, Beijing Medical University, research shows that acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) activity in rat midbrain red nucleus and substantia nigra obviously decreased with age, and began in early life. Beijing Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine reported trace element selenium anti-lipid peroxidation injury. Experimental results suggest that supplementation of animals with appropriate amount of selenium (the amount can not be too large or too small) can increase glutathione peroxidase activity in the blood and tissues, catalyze the decomposition of lipid peroxides (LPO).
