加强食品行业企业全面预算并在管理中产生效益,是检验食品行业企业管理科学化的重要标志之一,但在实践过程中仍然存在着一些不足。因此,结合食品行业企业的实际,应从加强基础工作建设,提高基层执行力度;建立适当的控制管理体系;建立考评和激励机制及关注预算中的职业道德等方面完善食品行业企业预算管理。
Strengthening the overall budget of the food industry enterprises and generating benefits in management is one of the important indicators to test the scientific management of the food industry. However, there are still some shortcomings in the practice. Therefore, combining with the reality of the food industry enterprises, we should improve the budget management of food enterprises in terms of strengthening the basic work construction, improving grassroots implementation; establishing appropriate control management system; establishing appraisal and incentive mechanism and paying attention to the professional ethics in the budget.
