例1,患者,49岁,男性,因阴囊肿大入院。主诉阴囊逐渐肿大已5年余,近年来行走不便,已丧失劳力。5年前阴部疼痛,全身发热,阴囊亦逐渐肿大变硬,3年前尚能作家务和自主生活,随着肿物日见增大,下坠肿胀,寸步难行,苦不堪言,有时排尿困难。体检:发育正常,营养中等,头、颈、胸、腹无异常发现。阴囊肿大如缸,下界过膝,其皮肤肿著增厚,粗糙,阴茎内缩。诊断为巨大阴囊象皮肿。
