[目的]观察益气养阴活血汤联合贝那普利治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型早期糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例贝那普利,10~20mg/d,1次/d,口服。治疗组30例益气养阴活血汤(黄芪30g,太子参、生地各15g,麦冬12g,山茱萸、白术各10g,茯苓20g,川芎、当归、丹参各10g,大黄~制6g)1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚分服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血尿素氮、肌酐、尿白蛋白排泄率、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率96.68%。对照组显效10例,有效14例,无效6例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白两组均有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);血尿素氮、肌酐、尿白蛋白排泄率两组均有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]益气养阴活血汤联合贝那普利治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型早期糖尿病肾病,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with benazepril in treating early diabetic nephropathy with qi yin deficiency and blood stasis. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 60 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence number of visiting doctor. Control group, 30 cases of benazepril, 10 ~ 20mg / d, 1 / d, orally. The treatment group, 30 cases of Yiqi Yangyinhuoxue Decoction (Astragalus 30g, heterophylla, 15g of habitat, Ophiopogon 12g, Cornel, Atractylodes 10g, Poria 20g, Chuanxiong, Angelica, Salvia 10g, rhubarb ~ 6g) 1 / d, decoction 400mL, morning and evening sub-service; western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 2 months as a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, urinary albumin excretion rate, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group was effective in 18 cases, effective in 11 cases, ineffective in 1 case, the total effective rate was 96.68%. Control group markedly effective in 10 cases, effective in 14 cases, 6 cases, the total effective rate was 80.00%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were improved in both groups (P <0.01, P <0.05), the treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.01, P <0.05) The excretion rate was improved in both groups (P <0.01, P <0.05), and the treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). [Conclusion] Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction combined with benazepril in the treatment of early stage diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
