目的对现行放射诊疗防护监测扣除天然本底提出质疑,从辐射防护要求试对监测中扣除天然本底进行探讨。方法从天然本底概念,辐射防护的目的和监测结果的实际防护意义、现行国家卫生防护标准与防护偏安全设定为依据提出问题。结果放射诊疗防护监测中扣除天然本底没有依据,完全没有必要。结论放射诊疗防护检测应与国家卫生防护标准要求一致,扣除天然本底值得商榷。
OBJECTIVE To question the current natural background of radiation diagnosis and treatment monitoring minus the natural background and to deduce the natural background from the radiation protection requirements test. Methods From the concept of natural background, the purpose of radiation protection and the actual protective significance of the monitoring results, the current national health protection standards and the protection of biased security settings to ask questions. Results There is no basis for deduction of natural background in radiotherapy and treatment protection monitoring, which is totally unnecessary. Conclusion Radiation diagnosis and treatment should be consistent with the requirements of national health protection standards. It is debatable that the natural background should be deducted.
