常规数控系统的伺服控制中,当速度矢量变化较大时会产生大的轨迹跟踪误差.本文应用M序列信号、最小二乘法和ARX模型结构辨识出整个闭环系统的传递函数.在轨迹控制器的前面加上带预见控制的前馈补偿器,以使数控轨迹控制器在不同的频率段具有相同的增益,消除由延迟带来的相位差,从而可减小轨迹跟踪误差,实验表明其性能较为理想.
Conventional CNC system servo control, when the speed vector changes large will produce a large trajectory tracking error. In this paper, the M-sequence signal, the least squares method and ARX model structure are used to identify the transfer function of the whole closed-loop system. In front of the trajectory controller with feedforward compensator with predictive control, so that the CNC trajectory controller in different frequency segments have the same gain, eliminating the delay caused by the phase difference, which can reduce the trajectory tracking error, Experiments show that its performance is better.
