本研究采用文献法、问卷调查法和访谈法探索农民工返乡创业成效的影响因素,提出研究假设。在主成分分析的基础上,构建农民工返乡创业影响因素的评价模型以检验研究假设。实证结果表明,农民工返乡创业成效受沿海务工经历及内陆创业环境影响较大,但沿海地区扶持内陆农民工返乡创业成效有限。因此,亟待提高沿海地区扶持内地农民工返乡创业的力度,并改善内陆地区的创业环境。
In this study, the literature, questionnaires and interviews were used to explore the influencing factors of migrant workers returning home to start a business and put forward the hypothesis. On the basis of principal component analysis, this paper constructs an evaluation model of the influencing factors of migrant workers returning to their hometown to test the research hypothesis. The empirical results show that migrant workers returned home business success by the coastal migrant workers experience and inland business environment greater impact, but the coastal areas to support inland migrant workers returned home business limited success. Therefore, urgent efforts should be made to enhance the efforts of coastal areas in supporting migrant workers from the Mainland to start their own businesses and to improve the entrepreneurial environment in the hinterland.
