英语作为基础教育阶段的必修课程,教学任务不单单是让学生掌握基本的英语单词、语法、句型等等,更重要的是要培养学生的语言应用能力,使学生能够学有所用。因此,在素质教育下,教师要借助多样化的教学模式,激发学生的学习兴趣,从而逐渐提高学生的语言应用能力。
As a compulsory course in basic education, English is not only a task of teaching students to master basic English words, grammar, sentence patterns, etc. More importantly, students should be able to cultivate their language proficiency and enable them to learn something. Therefore, under quality education, teachers should make use of diversified teaching modes to stimulate students ’interest in learning so as to gradually improve students’ language ability.
