认为科学为竞争情报工作开创了一个新的研究方向。从人的行为特征角度出发,通过将行为科学中个人行为、团体行为和组织行为等相关理论应用于竞争情报工作流程,分别阐述其对竞争情报的规划、收集、分析和分发的影响和指导作用,从而为竞争情报工作提供新思路、新方法,深化竞争情报人员工作内涵,提高竞争情报工作的质量和效率。
